The Northern lights experience with a boat starts in the dock in the city center in Tromsø, from there you will take on the arctic night on board.
If you prefer bus - Join our guided Northern lights with experienced aurora hunters that organizes the Northern Lights chase minute by minute that is conducted in small groups in a mini bus. We make stops along the way, to take photos of the scenery and the unique nature and obviously to check if the Aurora Borealis can be seen - Remember to bring your camera, as there is a good chance for fantastic photo opportunities!

We welcome you to a Northern Lights experience completely out of the ordinary here in Tromsø. We at Polar Adventures have both minibuses and regular buses that we use in search of the northern lights. If you have gathered the whole family or are a company thinking of booking, the Northern Light chase in a big bus will be perfect. This bus has plenty of room for 45 people.
Pack warm clothes. Here in Tromsø, we are known for our cold weather in winter, and it gets especially cold in the evening and at night when darkness sets in and we go out to find the northern lights. Good and warm footwear is recommended. Please bring spikes as the roads can be slippery and icy.
